Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

    Limited wear but enjoying them

    Bought these for an upcoming vacation and then summer beachwear. I've worn them around the house a few times and they're very comfortable.

    My daughter has the flip flops for 2 years now and LOVES them!

    Magic!

    New to this brand, recommended by a podiatrist. Absolutely love them for indoor use & popping outside.. if dry! So good I’ve already bought a 2nd pair in a different colour. Must caution that sizes aren’t generous, only slight disappointment.

    Our slides have been designed to be more snug-fitting than regular slides. The reason for this is that the foot is securely in the slides and the arch sits in the correct position. The band can also be stretched to accommodate the width.     Ok

    These are ok , haven’t worn a lot yet but for the price I certainly hope they feel better than they look , kinda cheap looking! I was going to send back for a refund but it was gonna cost me to do that , I did return for smaller size as the size 8( which is a normal size for me was way to big , the flip flops I bought were even cheaper looking b and still is not a good fit but hoping they will stretch a little more as I wear them ! Ultimately my personal overall opinion is not great . I’m certainly not satisfied with my purchase, but will keep rather than mess with paying to send back … my fault for not reading all the information in the beginning tho!
