Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

    My Go-To Slides — Worth Every Penny

    I LOVE these slides and they are truly the only footwear I can wear comfortably. Between plantar fasciitis and heel spurs, finding shoes that don’t cause pain has been a constant struggle — until I tried Archie’s.

    These slides are supportive, cushioned, and incredibly comfortable right out of the box. No break-in period, no pain. I’m so thankful I gave them a try because they’ve honestly been life-changing for my feet. I now own four pairs and pretty much live in them!
