Promotion Terms

These Promotion Terms apply to all competitions, discounts, referral programs, giveaways, and other promotional offers (collectively, “Promotions”) made available by Archies Footwear LLC (“Archies Footwear,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in, accessing, or redeeming any Promotion listed below, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms, our Terms of Use & Sale, and our Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. Additional terms may apply to specific Promotions and, in the event of any inconsistency, those additional terms will control to the extent necessary to resolve the inconsistency.


Monthly Post Purchase Survey Competition - Official Rules 

Please note that for items marked as clearance, returns or exchanges will only available for a store credit only to the value of the item at the time of purchase. For any warranty claims on clearance items a replacement item in any available colour-way equal to the non discounted price will be available. Please note that there is no free shipping for clearance items.

Eligibility
The competition is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 

How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

  1. Make a purchase on archiesfootwear.com during the Competition Period;

  2. Complete the Post-Purchase Survey provided after their purchase; and

  3. Answer the following question in 50 words or less:
    “Tell us one thing you’d love to see from Archies Footwear in the future.”

Participants may submit one (1) entry per purchase during the Competition Period. Responses must adhere to the word limit and be the participant’s original work.

Judging Criteria
Entries will be judged based on the following criteria: Creativity (50%), Relevance to the question (30%), Clarity of expression (20%)

The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome. Entries that exceed the word limit, contain inappropriate content, or do not address the question will be disqualified.

Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of Arch Support Flip Flops in the winner’s choice of color and size, to the value of $40 (USD), plus shipping.

The prize:

  • Must be redeemed within ten (10) business days from the date of the winner's notification.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

  • Is subject to availability of the selected color and size at the time of redemption. If the selected color or size is unavailable, the Sponsor will offer alternative options of equal or lesser value.

Competition Period
The competition runs monthly, with each Competition Period starting at 12:01am EST on the first calendar day of the month and closing at 11:59pm EST on the last calendar day of the same month.

Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by a panel of judges based on the stated judging criteria. Judging will take place at Level 1, 101 Moray Street, South Melbourne, Australia, at 3:00pm AEDT on the first business day of the following month.

The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of judging. If the winner does not claim the prize within the redemption timeframe, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Delivery of Prize
The prize will be shipped to the winner’s nominated address within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Delivery is included as part of the prize.

Privacy
Personal information collected through this competition is handled in accordance with Archies Footwear’s Privacy Policy, available here. By entering the competition, entrants consent to their personal information being used for the purpose of administering the competition and, where agreed, for marketing communications. Entrants located in California have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Liability
The Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions or network issues.

  • Any tax liability incurred by the winner.

  • Any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize.

The Sponsor’s decision regarding any aspect of this competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Governing Law
This competition is governed by the laws of the State of California. All disputes arising from this competition will be resolved in accordance with the laws of California, and entrants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of California.

Post Purchase 25% Off Slides Offer

1) Promoter / Company

This promotion is offered by Archies Footwear Pty Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”). Company’s website for this promotion is https://archiesfootwear.com/.

2) Offer Summary

Eligible customers may receive 25% off eligible Slides through a post-purchase cross-sell offer shown after checkout.

This offer is available to eligible customers who complete an order containing Archies Flip Flops, provided the completed order does not already contain Archies Slides.

The discount is applied automatically when the eligible customer adds the eligible Slides product through the post-purchase campaign shown on the order confirmation or thank you page following completion of their order.

This offer applies to Slides only and does not apply to any other products unless expressly stated by the Company in writing.

3) Promotion Period

This promotion starts at 2:00pm AEST on 24 June 2026, equivalent to 12:00am EDT on 24 June 2026.

This promotion ends at 1:59pm AEST on 1 July 2026, equivalent to 11:59pm EDT on 30 June 2026, unless ended earlier, extended, or amended by the Company.

The offer must be redeemed through the post-purchase campaign before the stated end time to be valid.

The Company is not responsible for delays, device issues, browser settings, payment issues, customer connectivity issues, or other technical factors outside its reasonable control that prevent the post-purchase offer from being displayed or redeemed.

If there is any discrepancy between displayed expiry messaging and the Company’s internal systems, the timing recorded in the Company’s systems will govern, to the extent permitted by law.

4) Definitions

For clarity in these Terms:

  • “Eligible Customer” means an individual who completes an order during the Promotion Period that contains Archies Flip Flops and does not already contain Archies Slides, and who is shown the post-purchase Slides offer after checkout.

  • “Post-Purchase Campaign” means the offer experience shown to eligible customers on the order confirmation or thank you page after completion of checkout.

  • “Slides” means products designated and displayed as “Slides” on https://archiesfootwear.com/ at the time of purchase.

  • “Flip Flops” means products designated and displayed as “Flip Flops” on https://archiesfootwear.com/ at the time of purchase.

5) Eligibility Criteria

This offer is available only to selected customers who are shown the post-purchase campaign after completing checkout.

To be an Eligible Customer, you must reasonably meet all of the following criteria:

  1. You complete an order during the Promotion Period.

  2. Your completed order contains at least one eligible Archies Flip Flops product.

  3. Your completed order does not already contain Archies Slides.

  4. You are shown the post-purchase Slides offer after checkout.

  5. You add the eligible Slides product directly through the post-purchase campaign.

Company may verify eligibility by referencing your order, account, email address, checkout details, cart contents, order history, and related identifiers reasonably used for fraud prevention and promotion integrity.

Exclusions

Unless required by law, the offer is not available to:

  • customers whose completed order does not contain Archies Flip Flops;

  • customers whose completed order already contains Archies Slides;

  • customers who add Slides outside of the post-purchase campaign experience;

  • customers who are not shown the post-purchase campaign after checkout;

  • customers who attempt to apply the offer to a previous order;

  • employees, contractors, or agents of Company, and their immediate families or households, if applicable; or

  • customers who are not able to be verified as Eligible Customers by Company’s systems.

Good Faith

If we identify you as an Eligible Customer in error and the post-purchase offer is validly presented and redeemed through the campaign, we will honour the discount applied at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.

6) Redemption Conditions

Where valid

  • Valid online only at https://archiesfootwear.com/

  • Valid only through the post-purchase campaign shown after checkout.

  • Not valid in physical stores, marketplaces, third-party retailers, or other domains unless expressly stated.

How to redeem

  • Complete checkout with at least one eligible Archies Flip Flops product in your order.

  • Ensure your completed order does not already contain Archies Slides.

  • If shown the post-purchase Slides offer after checkout, add the eligible Slides product directly through the post-purchase campaign.

  • The 25% discount will apply automatically if all conditions are satisfied.

No promotional code is required.

The offer cannot be applied manually, retrospectively, or through any other part of the website.

If you close the post-purchase offer, leave the page, refresh the page, or do not complete the post-purchase Slides purchase when the offer is presented, the offer may no longer be available.

Purchase requirement

  • The discount applies only to eligible Slides products added through the post-purchase campaign.

  • The discount applies only within the same post-purchase campaign experience shown after the qualifying Flip Flops order.

  • Shipping, taxes, duties, and other fees are excluded from the discount.

Product exclusions

  • Excludes gift cards and gift card purchases.

  • Excludes any product that is not designated as Slides.

  • Any additional exclusions or category restrictions shown at checkout or within the post-purchase campaign will apply.

7) Stacking / Combination with Other Offers

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, this offer:

  • cannot be used with any other promotional code, coupon, voucher, referral discount, first-time customer offer, or similar code-based promotion; and

  • may not stack with automatic discounts, sitewide markdowns, bundles, multi-buy offers, or other promotions.

If more than one discount is available, Company may require you to choose one, or may apply the single best eligible discount, depending on checkout functionality and where permitted by law and in compliance with your consumer rights.

In the event of a system error that permits stacking in violation of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to adjust the order to reflect the intended single discount, subject to applicable law.

8) Limits / Anti-Abuse

  • Limit one post-purchase offer redemption per eligible completed order.

  • The offer is non-transferable.

  • The offer must not be shared, sold, traded, published, or distributed.

  • The offer is available only where displayed directly to the Eligible Customer through the post-purchase campaign.

  • Company may limit redemption to one per customer, account, email address, household, payment method, or shipping address, where permitted by law, to maintain promotion integrity.

  • Any attempt to circumvent these limits may result in the discount being refused, reversed, or the order cancelled, subject to applicable law.

9) No Cash Alternative; Offer Replacement

  • The offer has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash, credit, or a gift card.

  • The offer will not be replaced or reissued if it is unused, expired, unavailable, closed, not displayed, or not redeemed, except where required by law or where the failure to redeem is due to Company error.

10) Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns and exchanges are subject to Company’s returns policy and applicable law.

Refund calculations

If you return all or part of an order that used this promotion:

  • Faulty Products / Consumer Guarantees: If you return a product because it is faulty, defective, or fails to meet a consumer guarantee under applicable law, you are entitled to a refund in accordance with your rights under applicable law.

  • Voluntary Returns, including Change of Mind: For voluntary returns, where permitted by our Returns Policy, your refund will be limited to the amount paid for the returned item after the discount was applied.

If the qualifying Flip Flops order is cancelled or refunded, Company reserves the right to cancel, reverse, or adjust the related post-purchase promotional benefit where permitted by law.

Reissue of offer after returns or cancellation

If an order is cancelled by you, or if qualifying items are returned voluntarily, the post-purchase offer will not be reissued.

If an order is cancelled due to Company error, or if a faulty item is returned, Company may provide an alternative remedy where required by law.

Fraud and chargebacks

Company may refuse refunds or limit redemptions where there is evidence reasonably suggestive of fraud, misuse, or chargeback abuse, subject to applicable law.

11) Technical Issues; Errors; Checkout Validation

  • Company is not responsible for technical failures outside its reasonable control, including payment processor outages, customer connectivity issues, browser issues, device settings, or post-purchase display issues.

  • Company may correct typographical, technical, or pricing errors.

  • Confirmed orders will not be cancelled or materially altered except to correct obvious and substantial errors, subject to applicable law.

  • The final price shown at the time of post-purchase payment submission is the agreed price. However, if an error results in you being charged incorrectly, the price is subject to correction to rectify Company errors and to protect your consumer rights.

  • If the post-purchase discount does not apply due to an eligibility issue, expiry, product restriction, or combination restriction, the price shown at payment submission will control.

12) Changes, Suspension, or Withdrawal

Company may modify, suspend, or withdraw the promotion where permitted by law, including to address suspected fraud, technical issues, operational issues, inventory availability, or errors.

Changes will not affect eligible orders already placed prior to the change or withdrawal. Any modification or withdrawal will apply prospectively only.

If the promotion is withdrawn before you redeem due to circumstances outside Company’s control, Company may provide an alternative offer or remedy where required by law.

13) Privacy and Marketing

Company will process personal information in connection with this promotion, including eligibility verification, order validation, campaign functionality, and fraud prevention, in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Participation in the promotion does not require you to purchase anything beyond the normal redemption conditions above.

14) Promotion Terms & Governing Law

United States

Offer valid for a limited time only. Eligible customers who complete checkout with Archies Flip Flops in their order, and do not already have Archies Slides in their order, may be shown a post-purchase offer to receive 25% off eligible Archies Slides.

The offer is available only when displayed through the post-purchase campaign after checkout and must be redeemed directly through that campaign experience. No code is required. The offer cannot be applied to previous purchases, cannot be manually applied, and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless expressly stated.

No rain checks. No cash value. Not valid on previous purchases.

Void where prohibited. This offer is subject to applicable federal and state laws. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of this promotion shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions contained in the Company’s Terms of Service.
