Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

    I LOVE My Archie's. They are soooo comfortable n did NOT disappoint. I have trouble with My feet. I have had plantar fasciitis n I know it can return if I don't pay attention to what I wear.

    I now have My Archie's n they're doing the trick. Thank You for being in My life !
