Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

    Dislike this slides

    I have these with me on a cruise and they have hurt my feet everyday so far. Especially around the little toe area. While walking your feet doesn't stay in the show bed it ends up sliding to the inside and half of your foot is hanging off the side. I am not happy with these at all.
