We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

    Love them!

    I rely on great arch support, without it I suffer back, knee and leg pain. I wear Archie’s whenever I can, and change back into them as soon as I can. Not just a pair of thongs, the great colour range enables me to match my thongs with outfits. Perfect travel essentials too.
