For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

    Amazingly comfortable

    I haven’t worn flip flops for quite a while as they are so flat it really hurts my knees.. Archie’s are

    amazing.. I am going on holiday with them next week so watch this space! They already fit perfectly when walking around the house .. so excited to be able to walk about again in flip flops!!

    Bliss, once broken in

    My husband ordered these for me for our holiday. Having recently had foot surgery and severely pronating I’ve been in such pain and miserable. I wore them as suggested, gradually increasing the wear time and can honestly say I was able to enjoy my holiday and gentle walking. For £35 my life has greatly improved.

    Happy feet.

    I sent for these amazing flip flops after reading the reviews, but I honestly thought I wouldn't get on with them just like i never have with previous flip flops before these, but I thought it was worth a try. Wow!!!! absolutely brilliant im currently on holiday in the canaries. I've walked miles in them in the heat ( with plasters in my bag just incase) no plasters needed i absolutely love Archies flip flops and when im back in the uk will be ordering more colours. So glad I trusted the reviews, 5☆ for comfort and no rubbing between the toes.
