Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

    Two thumbs up for flat feet

    I have wide, flat feet. This is my first time trying Archie's flip flops. They support my hard to please feet and I recommend them. True to size. Width works for me. Toes have plenty of room to splay. Comfortable.
