Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

    Comfy slippers

    I have flat feet and these slippers are so comfy. I used to get lot of back aches standing long hours in kitchen but this slippers have helped ease my pain and would definately recommend.
