All orders are shipped from our Utah warehouse. All orders placed before 12:30pm EST will be shipped same day**

Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

    As a new purchaser of Archie’s, I’ve been popping in and out of the website not sure about them.

    Finally bought a pair and what is suggested is to wear them in slowly.

    I have fallen arches and it does take some time to get used to them.

    So far so good, great quality and very pretty
