Great customer service
Order shipped with slides instead of thongs.
On opening the shipment, I contacted Archies by email to advise the incorrect item had been received (slides instead of thongs), which given that in the lead up to the end of year these things can happen.
Within minutes, Archies responded, an image was forwarded as proof and immediately a new order had been raised with their warehouse to remedy the situation and I was invited to keep the slides. Express post was applied and I received the thongs within a few days. Very, very impressed with the prompt resolution. Since then, other family members have purchased in store and are very satisfied with the product too.
