Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

    disappointed - didn't work for my plantar fasciitis

    I purchased the slides so I could have something to wear in the house and at the pool for my planter fasciitis. Unfortunately, the cushioning on your slides is not as soft as I needed it to be. How easy is it to return them?

    Classic slides.

    Really pleased with these. As advised, I walked around the house in them for a while but they soon became comfortable.

    Most importantly, your feet stay put once they’re on and the arch support means they can be worn all day.
