All orders are shipped from our Utah warehouse. All orders placed before 12:30pm EST will be shipped same day**We’re so sure that you’ll love our footwear that we offer a 60-Day Comfort Guarantee.
Have 60 days to wear them around and, if you don’t love them, simply return them and we’ll give you a product refund less the return postage cost.
We have a 60 day returns period from the date of delivery.
Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

My foot is narrow so I ordered a size 9 and could have probably done an 8 , because of narrow foot . They are very comfortable (very )

If you're unsure of the fit, feel free to send us some photos so we can assess:
1. A bird's eye view of your feet in the slides.
2. A side view of your feet in the slides.
3. A photograph of the barcode on the tag if possible or the size stamp underneath the pair.
Once we have the above info, we'll then be able to give you the correct info and advice.
