This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to purchases shipped within the United States and forms part of our Terms of Service.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal public holidays, from our United States fulfillment warehouse.

Processing time refers to internal order handling prior to transfer to a third-party shipping carrier and does not represent delivery time.

Processing and dispatch timelines may vary due to:

  • order volume or promotional activity

  • inventory verification procedures

  • payment authorization or fraud screening

  • carrier pickup schedules

  • operational or logistical constraints

During peak periods, processing times may be extended.

In the event of a delay beyond the stated processing timeframe, we will notify you via email with a revised shipping estimate. In accordance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), you will be provided the option to either consent to the delay or cancel your order for a full refund within seven (7) business days. If we cannot ship within 30 days of order placement and have not obtained your express consent to a further delay, a full refund will be issued automatically.

Standard Shipping

$5.99 USD or free on orders over $70 USD

Estimated transit time: 2–8 business days after dispatch

Standard Shipping utilizes economy carrier services. Transit times represent carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Express Shipping

$11.99 USD or free on orders over $150 USD

Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping prioritizes expedited carrier transit following dispatch. Selection of Express Shipping does not guarantee same-day processing, shipment, or delivery by a specific date unless expressly stated at checkout.

Carrier services, including FedEx Express or equivalent providers, may vary depending on destination and operational availability.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates shown at checkout or on our website represent good-faith carrier transit estimates only and begin once an order has been dispatched.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated as a guaranteed shipping service.

Actual delivery timing may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • delivery destination

  • carrier routing decisions

  • weather or natural events

  • labor disruptions

  • seasonal carrier demand

  • regional transportation interruptions

Shipping speed selections prioritize carrier handling after dispatch but do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Free shipping promotions apply solely to shipping charges and do not modify processing or delivery timelines.

Transfer of Title & Risk of Loss

Except where otherwise required by applicable state law, title to products and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon our transfer of the shipment to the designated carrier at our fulfillment facility.

Shipping and transportation services are performed by independent third-party carriers. Once shipment has occurred, transit, routing, and delivery operations are controlled by the carrier.

"LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL ARCHIES FOOTWEAR LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, THEFT, OR DAMAGE OCCURRING AFTER CARRIER DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. OUR LIABILITY TERMINATES UPON THE TRANSFER OF GOODS TO THE CARRIER."

Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable federal or state law.

Delivery Confirmation

An order is considered delivered when the shipping carrier records delivery confirmation to the address provided at checkout, including delivery completed through. A carrier’s delivery scan or confirmation shall constitute conclusive proof of delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archies Footwear LLC is not responsible for 'porch piracy,' theft, or damage occurring at the delivery location once the carrier has recorded a successful delivery or 'Authority to Leave' has been exercised.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery locations are secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.

Customer Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or additional costs resulting from:

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • refused shipments

  • failure to retrieve held parcels

  • carrier access restrictions

Orders returned due to delivery failure may require payment of additional shipping charges prior to re-shipment.

Tracking & Shipment Monitoring

Tracking information will be provided once an order has been dispatched.

Customers are expected to monitor shipment tracking updates and respond to carrier delivery notifications or collection instructions where applicable.

Failure to monitor shipment tracking or respond to delivery attempts may affect eligibility for replacement requests where permitted by law.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Shipments

If a shipment appears delayed or lost prior to confirmed delivery, customers must contact Customer Support within a reasonable timeframe.

We will initiate a carrier investigation where appropriate. Investigation timelines are determined by the carrier.

Where a shipment is confirmed lost in transit prior to delivery confirmation, a replacement or refund will be provided consistent with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws.

Carrier Delays After Dispatch

Delivery timing following dispatch is determined by the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for carrier-caused delays occurring after shipment, including delays resulting from operational disruptions, transportation congestion, or carrier service interruptions, except where required by applicable law.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where required under applicable law.

GOVERNING LAW & TIME LIMIT FOR CLAIMS

This Shipping & Delivery Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to a shipment, loss, or delivery must be filed within sixty (60) days after the estimated delivery date. Failure to report a claim within this period constitutes a final and irrevocable waiver of such claim.
