Promotion Terms

These Promotion Terms apply to all competitions, discounts, referral programs, giveaways, and other promotional offers (collectively, “Promotions”) made available by Archies Footwear LLC (“Archies Footwear,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in, accessing, or redeeming any Promotion listed below, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms, our Terms of Use & Sale, and our Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. Additional terms may apply to specific Promotions and, in the event of any inconsistency, those additional terms will control to the extent necessary to resolve the inconsistency.


Monthly Post Purchase Survey Competition - Official Rules 

Please note that for items marked as clearance, returns or exchanges will only available for a store credit only to the value of the item at the time of purchase. For any warranty claims on clearance items a replacement item in any available colour-way equal to the non discounted price will be available. Please note that there is no free shipping for clearance items.

Eligibility
The competition is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 

How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

  1. Make a purchase on archiesfootwear.com during the Competition Period;

  2. Complete the Post-Purchase Survey provided after their purchase; and

  3. Answer the following question in 50 words or less:
    “Tell us one thing you’d love to see from Archies Footwear in the future.”

Participants may submit one (1) entry per purchase during the Competition Period. Responses must adhere to the word limit and be the participant’s original work.

Judging Criteria
Entries will be judged based on the following criteria: Creativity (50%), Relevance to the question (30%), Clarity of expression (20%)

The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome. Entries that exceed the word limit, contain inappropriate content, or do not address the question will be disqualified.

Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of Arch Support Thongs in the winner’s choice of color and size, to the value of $40 (USD), plus shipping.

The prize:

  • Must be redeemed within ten (10) business days from the date of the winner's notification.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

  • Is subject to availability of the selected color and size at the time of redemption. If the selected color or size is unavailable, the Sponsor will offer alternative options of equal or lesser value.

Competition Period
The competition runs monthly, with each Competition Period starting at 12:01am EST on the first calendar day of the month and closing at 11:59pm EST on the last calendar day of the same month.

Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by a panel of judges based on the stated judging criteria. Judging will take place at Level 1, 101 Moray Street, South Melbourne, Australia, at 3:00pm AEDT on the first business day of the following month.

The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of judging. If the winner does not claim the prize within the redemption timeframe, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Delivery of Prize
The prize will be shipped to the winner’s nominated address within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Delivery is included as part of the prize.

Privacy
Personal information collected through this competition is handled in accordance with Archies Footwear’s Privacy Policy, available here. By entering the competition, entrants consent to their personal information being used for the purpose of administering the competition and, where agreed, for marketing communications. Entrants located in California have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Liability
The Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions or network issues.

  • Any tax liability incurred by the winner.

  • Any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize.

The Sponsor’s decision regarding any aspect of this competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Governing Law
This competition is governed by the laws of the State of California. All disputes arising from this competition will be resolved in accordance with the laws of California, and entrants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of California.
