We have a 60 day returns period from the date of delivery.

Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

No more lower back pain

By wearing these shoes all day, these are the only shoes I have ever found that perfectly give the needed foot support to protect my back while standing on feet and doing chores or walking on vacation. They also keep my toes from hurting at end of a long busy day. Excellent shoe!!
